This project creates a superblock focused on mobility and connections through the use of a modular system to develop areas of overlap. The new main urban traffic should avoid the high-density area. I want to improve the circulation from the old Burbank context, I give back the ground level to people, so there is more open space that can be used for greenery and activity. I use the same grid system to create the avoid of the box to make the natural light into the big building. Mobility augments special connections that are found in architecture. In order to connect these modules system enhanced the mobility of the blocks, I made 7 long Ramps stairs and 7 big elevators to hold each different function box together.
