THE “DUAL DELIGHT” SUPERBLOCK

For my block I proposed that unlike the present site, my block is not a segregated series of housing with delight being areas that you visit every now and then. But rather a block where the delight is incorporated into the housing and vice versa and to create an environment where delight becomes part of the residents daily lives.
