Terraced Community

Terraced Community is a co-living housing for musicians and residents in Leimert Park. Creating friendly shared spaces and building up strong connections among the community through the use of visual connections and courtyards. The terracing and courtyard scheme create interactions among the neighbors in different floors. No matter where they located, the residents can always feel themselves as part of the community.
