PP & Housing

PP& housing is located in the dense area of Leimert Park. Based on site analyses there aren’t enough green and open spaces. PP & housing project integrates the housing building with a public pocket park to creates green space for the residents and a playground for the children. Most of the openings and windows are designed in a way to have a view of the playground area. The main circulation area in the courtyards and the landing place of the staircase serves as the gathering area for the residence.
