Perimeter Courtyard Zigzag

The project is conceived as a permeant affordable share housing in the crowded residential zoning. , The typology are detached from one another to introduce a level of porosity and suggest more connection to the larger site. Fully enclosed central courtyard provides a framework for communal organization but lack connection in urban fabric. The design of the two semi-open courtyards on the other side of the street means to introduce dedicate areas for the various needs of programs for external management and resting areas. The interconnection between the two sites contains multiple courtyards to support the occupants and open up the spaces for larger communities.
