Pavilion

A beach pavilion and built site that encourage movement and interaction. The project is the result of a series of alterations made to a figure ground image that transforms it into three dimensional space. The ground varies in height and sections off areas for recreational activities, while the pavilion structure consists of units that can be utilized for many purposes, including a lifeguard stand, restaurant, and kiosk.
