Leimert Park is a famously diverse community in Los Angeles, but it largely lacks community spaces. This project proposes a building that imitates a village feel with overlapping pitched roofs and exterior zones. It uses a continuous structure system inspired by a triple pitch roof and creates a variety of areas for the further development of the area.
