Leimert Park Union Housing

My project seeks for affordable co-operative housing in Leimert Park. Housing integrates existing demographics in Leimert Park so they can continue to live comfortable. This housing enhances the neighborhood interests such as music, which is integrated into the housing with a performance space, music shop, and music studios.
