This housing project consists of a building designed to support the Arts Community of Leimert Park, by having a communal space that consists of a studio where art classes are held, as well as a gallery where their work is displayed. The two openings found diagonally across this building serve as openings for light, circulation spaces, as well as courtyard spaces on the ground floor. Furthermore, the irregular placement of the various typologies of units from one floor to the other, help in adding a contrast to the layout of the building, as well as gaps between units for circulation.
