Between the Columns

My design focuses on using columns which get thicker and taller eventually forming walls in order to create different levels of privacy throughout the structure. This allows for a seamless flow from least to most private space. For me, privacy is always important, but sometimes I do not want to be in a completely secluded space, so that is why I wanted various levels of privacy in my design. Also, interaction with nature is important to me, so even if I cannot actually be in a forest, I can design a space that feels like a forest, and that is what I did with the columns. My design is an introverted space created by a forest of columns allowing me different levels of privacy and a smooth transition between spaces.
