THIS PROPOSAL AIMS TO CREATE A SELF-SUFFICIENT URBAN VILLAGE FOR YOUNG WORKING PROFESSIONALS IN BOYLE HEIGHTS, LA. THE DESIGN IS DRIVEN BY A 15’x15’ MODULAR GRID STRUCTURE AND PROVIDES SPACES AND AMENITIES CATERING TO THE NEEDS OF DOMESTIC AND WORK LIFE.

2-STOREY RESIDENTIAL TOWERS PROVIDE OPTIONS FOR STUDIO, 1BHK AND 2BHK LIVING WITH VIEWS INTO THE SITE AS WELL AS OUT. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR WORKSPACES ARE DIVIDED INTO 4 UNIQUE ZONES AND PROVIDE 8 DIFFERENT WORK OPTIONS THAT ENCOURAGE INDEPENDENT WORK, COLLABORATION AND CONGREGATION. WORKSPACES ARE SUPPLEMENTED WITH AMENITIES WHICH CAN BE USED BY BOYLE HEIGHTS’ SOCIALLY ENGAGED COMMUNITY.
