Humans, like all animals, live in the interstitial space between earth and sky.

Our project explores the boundaries of this space, uncovering the many layers of human influence to reveal a rich history of the site.

Located in the heart of Los Angeles, this location is not given one name but is rather a confluence of many communities.

Our project celebrates the natural mixing within our environment by offering a cross-programming framework where ideas can be shared.

We set out to address the current community needs of today while offering flexibility for the needs of tomorrow.
